Job Description	We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our dental team! We are seeking someone who enjoys working with patients, takes pride in providing excellent care, and thrives in a team-oriented dental office. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and treatment Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are ready Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by state requirements Assist with patient seating, charting, and treatment documentation Provide patients with clear and compassionate care before, during, and after treatment Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to infection-control standards Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked operatories Assist with laboratory procedures and dental impressions as needed Take digital scans, photographs, and other diagnostic records when needed Help with patient flow and communicate effectively with the front office and clinical team Follow OSHA, CDC, and office infection-control protocols Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for our patients Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred Dental Assistant certification/credentials as required by the state of Wisconsin Radiography certification preferred or required as applicable Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and professional demeanor Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
