In this role, you are a vital clinical partner in our patient's restorative journey. Your responsibilities include:

Advanced Clinical Care: Delivering expert prophylaxis, Scaling and Root Planing (SRP), and meticulous periodontal maintenance therapy.

Diagnostic Precision: Performing comprehensive periodontal charting and identifying subtle clinical findings to communicate directly with the doctor.

Patient Advocacy: Educating patients on the critical link between oral hygiene and systemic health, specifically tailored to prosthodontic needs.

Detailed Documentation: Maintaining thorough, accurate, and professional clinical notes within our digital systems.

Collaborative Support: Working seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team and contributing to practice-wide initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

We are seeking a highly experienced professional who brings a wealth of knowledge to our operatory.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a high-quality dental setting.

Licensure: Must hold an active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of California.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Dentrix software is highly desired.

Certifications: Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor focused on delivering a "white-glove" patient experience.
