Collaborative Practice: Work in tandem with doctors and the clinical team to ensure comprehensive treatment planning and a seamless office flow.

Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Washington State. Education: Graduate of an ADA-accredited Dental Hygiene program (New Grads welcome!). Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification. Technical Proficiency: Experience with dental software such as Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar platforms. Attributes: Strong interpersonal communication skills and a team-first mentality.
