Title	Registered Dental Hygienist
Job Description	Provide exceptional clinical dental hygiene care and patient education. Perform comprehensive oral screenings and periodontal assessments. Utilize dental patient management software to maintain accurate digital records. Collaborate closely with the hygiene department and dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Maintain a comfortable, welcoming environment that aligns with our mission of accessible, high-quality healthcare.

Salary Range	【Full-time】 $65.00 〜 $75.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. -
Benefits	Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 for full-time hires. Insurance: Health, vision, dental, life, and disability coverage. Retirement: 401k with company match. Professional Development: CE allowance, study club, and dedicated mentorship programs.
Shift & Schedule	We offer flexibility for either Full-time or Part-time interests. The current shift availability includes: Tuesdays: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Wednesdays: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Thursdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Fridays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Alternating)
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Licensure: Current Washington State (WA) licensure. Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification. Technical Skills: Proficiency in dental software such as Open Dental or Dentrix. Soft Skills: Strong teamwork and communication skills; a patient-first mentality.
