We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent preventive dental care while supporting the dentist in maintaining optimal oral health for patients.

Job Description	Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing Take and develop dental X-rays (as permitted by state law) Assess patients’ oral health and document findings Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care Apply preventive treatments (fluoride, sealants, etc.) Assist the dentist during examinations as needed Maintain accurate patient records Follow infection control and safety procedures Ensure a comfortable and positive experience for patients
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $70.00 〜 $75.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	To be discussed during the interview.
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Willing to travel and work for both location. (Burke and Fredericksburg locations)
Preferences	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Valid Dental Hygienist license Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene CPR/BLS certification Knowledge of dental software and digital charting (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
