Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments while following strict infection control protocols.
Assess and document patients’ medical histories, including vital signs, to ensure comprehensive care.
Educate patients on effective oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Use dental terminology confidently to communicate treatment plans and dental health information to patients and staff.
Assist with pediatric dentistry procedures, ensuring a calm and comfortable experience for young patients.
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software.
Comply with HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient confidentiality.
Collaborate with dentists to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
Support dental assisting tasks as necessary to maintain efficient clinic operations.

Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
32 hours per week, day shifts

Valid Dental Hygienist license in accordance with Washington State regulations.
Proficient in infection control practices and procedures.
Skilled in taking vital signs and understanding medical terminology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to educate and interact effectively with patients and team members.

Experience or familiarity with pediatric dentistry preferred.
Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software is a plus.
