Salary Range	【Full-time】 $24,000.00 〜 $32,000.00 /month
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Premium Compensation: $1,500 – $2,000 daily rate (negotiable). Incentive Structure: 25% – 30% Net Production (based on variables to be discussed during the interview).
Benefits	Post-90 Day Benefits: 401(k) retirement plan. Malpractice insurance coverage. Medical insurance stipend. Earned time off (1 day per 6 months).
Shift & Schedule	Monday - Thursday
Requirements	Licensed dentist General Dentistry Education: Doctoral degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited dental school. Licensure: Active Ohio Dental License. Clinical Skills: Advanced proficiency in anterior restorations and high-quality crown/bridge work. Urgency: Ability to attend a paid working interview on short notice.
