Job Description	Provide high-quality pediatric dental care including restorative work, hygiene cleanings, and exams. Perform specialized treatments such as fluoride applications, sealants, and sedations. Collaborate with a devoted team of Dental Assistants and Registered Dental Hygienists. Experience a diverse clinical environment with a blend of office-based and hospital-based dentistry. Participate in office IV sedations alongside accredited anesthesia teams. Engage in doctor meetings to provide input on practice operations and clinical standards. Manage a minimal, shared on-call rotation for the office.

Salary Range	【Full-time】 $25,000.00 〜 $500,000.00 /year
Salary Details	Guaranteed base of $1,250 per day or 30–32% of production.

Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively within a large, highly trained administrative and clinical support team. Licensure: Must be eligible for dental licensure in Kansas.
