Are you a compassionate and skilled General Dentist seeking a rewarding part-time position in a patient-focused private practice? D. Bruce Laurie DMD Inc is looking for a motivated associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide a wide range of general dental services, with the opportunity to perform oral surgery and dental implant cases. We welcome experienced dentists as well as newer graduates with a genuine interest in dental implant placement. You’ll enjoy a steady flow of loyal patients, a supportive team, and the ability to practice dentistry at the highest level—free from the limitations of insurance contracts.

Job Description	Provide high-quality general dentistry, including diagnostic, restorative, and preventive care Perform oral surgery procedures and dental implant placements (mentorship available for those interested in learning implantology) Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients, focusing on trust and comprehensive care Collaborate with a dedicated and experienced dental team Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
Salary Range	Part-time $145,000.00 - $198,000.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from advanced treatments, including dental implants, orthodontic procedures, and cosmetic dentistry services. - Fee-for-service patient base – no HMO or PPO contracts
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 9:30am – 6:00pm Tuesday: 9:30am – 6:00pm Wednesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
Requirements	DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Licensed to practice dentistry in California Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills Commitment to providing patient-centered, high-quality care Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
Preferences	Experienced Dentist (2+ years) 2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills and an interest in implant placement will be considered
