Salary Range	【Full-time】 $145,000.00 〜 $198,000.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from advanced treatments, including dental implants, orthodontic procedures, and cosmetic dentistry services. - Fee-for-service patient base – no HMO or PPO contracts
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 9:30am – 6:00pm Tuesday: 9:30am – 6:00pm Wednesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
Requirements	DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Licensed to practice dentistry in California Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills Commitment to providing patient-centered, high-quality care Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
Preferences	2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills and an interest in implant placement will be considered
