Job Description	Position: Part-Time Dental Associate Location: Lompoc, CA About Us: We are a well-established dental practice known for our exceptional patient care and collaborative team environment. Our practice is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated Dental Associate to join us on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition to full-time within 6-12 months. Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. Build rapport with patients and provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with our skilled hygienists and assistants who do the majority of the assessing and treatment planning and treatment planning. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all health and safety regulations. Stay updated with the latest dental techniques and technologies through continuing education. Salary Range	Part-time $230,000.00 - /year
Salary Details	Guaranteed $800/day minimum or 30% production, whichever is greater (associates average $1,200-$1,700/day).
Benefits	Independent contractor status with a transition to employee after one year. 2 weeks unpaid vacation. Continuing education credits are paid by the practice. Shift & Schedule	Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9-5 with one hour lunch
Requirements	Licensed dentist DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Licensed to practice dentistry in CA
Preferences	New graduates or dentists with less than 10 years of experience are welcome Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
