Job Type: Full-Time 32 - 34 hours a week (Mon – Thurs 7:15-4:00) 2 breaks and 1 hour for lunch

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Dental Front Desk Professional to help us maintain a smooth operation in our busy office.

What You’ll Do:
✨ Greet Patients. Dentrix System, Codes, billing, and treatment planning.
✨ Patient scheduling, registration, and insurance processing with a smile!
✨ Support the dental team by coordinating communication and workflow.
✨ Follow/help improve office policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
✨ Assist in billing, and financial reporting.
✨ Foster strong relationships with patients to ensure a positive experience.

What We’re Looking For:
🌈 Previous experience in Dental /Medical office.
🌈 Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and Multi Tasker.
🌈 Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
🌈 Ability to work collaboratively with a small team

Please only apply if you have the minimum qualifications below (the fine print):

1. Front desk dental experience in the past 2 years is REQUIRED or Dental Assisting or Medical Office
2. Live within a 30-minute drive to the office.
3. Be able to arrive by 7:15 and stay until 4
4. Fast multi tasker
5. Be presentable and professional at the front desk.
6. Highest level of integrity.
