First Impressions: Serve as the primary point of contact, greeting patients and answering incoming calls with a friendly, outgoing personality.

Master Scheduling: Coordinate complex orthodontic appointments across our Suwanee and Cumming locations to ensure a smooth daily flow.

Clear Communication: Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, and clinical team members to provide clear information regarding visits.

Office Coordination: Perform essential front desk duties, including managing patient files and maintaining a tidy reception area.

Patient Advocacy: Help patients navigate their journey with us, ensuring they feel supported and informed from their first call to their final reveal.

Monday - Friday

Type: Full-time or Part-time (4 days per week).

Hours: Approximately 32–36 hours per week.

Skills: Strong foundation in customer service and a working knowledge of medical terminology.
