We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk professional to manage daily front office operations and ensure a positive patient experience. This role is the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination.

Job Description	Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations Collect payments, co-pays, and maintain accurate billing records Maintain and update electronic patient records Coordinate patient flow with the clinical team Ensure the front office area remains clean, organized, and presentable Follow HIPAA and office compliance guidelines Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Salary Range	Full-time $17.00 - $21.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Day shift Further details will be discussed during the interview.
