Patient Engagement: Greet patients warmly upon arrival, answer inquiries via phone and email, and provide information about our services and treatments.

Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments to optimize the clinical calendar.

Clinical Administration: Manage and update electronic patient records, ensuring all medical history and contact information is accurate and confidential.

Financial Services: Verify insurance coverage, process patient payments, and assist with billing inquiries and insurance claim filing.

Office Coordination: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, manage office correspondence, and monitor administrative supplies.

Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with dentists and dental assistants to ensure a smooth transition of patients from the front desk to the clinical area.

Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Wednesday: Closed

Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Sunday: Closed

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on patient-centered service.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email and word processing.
