We are seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented Dental Office Receptionist to oversee front desk operations at our practice. As the initial point of contact for patients, this role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a polished demeanor, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.


Key Responsibilities:

Greet and register patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Respond to telephone and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
Verify PPO insurance benefits and present treatment plans
Coordinate with the billing department and process patient payments
Maintain accurate records using EagleSoft.
Assist with general administrative duties as required
Serve as an ambassador for the practice, upholding its values and standards
