Manage and optimize the hygiene schedule to ensure efficient patient flow and maximum productivity.

Coordinate and schedule hygiene appointments, follow-ups, and recall visits.

Act as a primary point of contact for hygiene patients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.

Educate patients on the importance of regular hygiene appointments and preventive care.

Confirm appointments and manage patient communication, including recalls and reminders.

Collaborate closely with the dental hygiene team and dentists to ensure seamless patient care.

Maintain accurate patient records and update necessary information.

Implement strategies to improve hygiene department efficiency and patient retention.

Participate in office incentive plans, contributing to team goals and earning potential.

Adhere to the practice's core value of prioritizing patient health in all interactions.

Monday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Prior experience working in a dental office setting.
