We are seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our team at Smiles By Design in Encinitas, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our patients receive exceptional service while supporting the overall operations of our dental practice. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.
Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
Assist in verifying insurance information.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance patient experience.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and appointments.
Support the business and clinical dental team as needed.
Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries or directing them appropriately.

Monday to Friday

Proven experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role within dental field.
Proficiency in EMR systems, particularly Dentrix.
Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional patient centric service.
