Job Description	Answer phones and deliver fantastic customer service to our loyal; patients Update patient insurance, medical histories and personal information Calculate co-pays and take the correct payment Process credit card transactions Ability to learn and grow to include: insurance filing, opening the office, closing the office Balancing out at the end of the day
