Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Manage patient appointments using our scheduling software, optimizing the calendar for efficiency.
- Assist patients with insurance verification and inform them about their coverage and payment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing timely and helpful responses.
- Office Coordination: Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient office operations.
- Patient Education: Provide information on dental procedures and aftercare to enhance patient understanding and comfort.

Tuesday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Basic Life Support
