Title	Bilingual Registered Dental Assistant - RDA
Job Description	- Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures - Take and process digital dental x-rays - Sterilize and prepare instruments and rooms according to OSHA guidelines - Chart procedures and maintain accurate patient records - Provide post-op instructions and educate patients on oral health - Track and maintain inventory of dental supplies - Support front office staff as needed for efficient patient flow
Salary Range	Full-time $25.00 - $32.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Commission-Based Incentives: Benefit from incentives based on your contributions to procedures

Shift & Schedule	Monday to Friday - Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM. - Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
Requirements	Basic life support Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant X-ray / Radiography Certification Dentrix General Dentistry Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years) Other Dental Software (Dentrix Ascend) - Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License – Required - Valid California X-ray certification - CPR/BLS certification - At least 1 year of experience preferred (new graduates welcome!) - Familiarity with dental software (experience with Dentrix is a plus) - Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting - Bilingual in Spanish and English
