Bilingual Dental Assistant (Full-Time) job at Dental Specialists of Pearland

Patient Transformation Support: Assist our specialist doctors during advanced dental procedures, including dental implants, oral surgeries, and cosmetic reconstructions.

Bilingual Patient Advocacy: Serve as a vital communication bridge, translating complex treatment plans and post-op care instructions seamlessly between Spanish and English speaking patients.

Clinical Prep & Sterilization: Set up treatment rooms with state-of-the-art CAD/CAM digital technology tools, sterilize dental instruments, and maintain absolute cleanliness according to safety protocols.

Radiographic Imaging: Learn to take high-quality digital dental X-rays and specialized oral scans as directed by the dentists.

Patient Comfort Care: Welcome patients warmly into the operatory, reassure those feeling anxious, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday: CLOSED
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED

Language Skills: Must be fully bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English) to effectively communicate with our patient demographics.

Experience: No prior dental experience required! We are fully prepared to train the right candidate from scratch.

Compliance: Ability to obtain required state dental assistant registrations/certifications upon hire (training path provided).
