Chairside Assistance: Provide expert four-handed dental assistance during general, pediatric, and prosthodontic procedures, ensuring maximum workflow efficiency and exceptional patient comfort.

Advanced Digital Scanning: Utilize state-of-the-art Cerec Primescan technology to capture precise digital impressions for custom crowns and protective nightguards.

Radiography & Diagnostics: Efficiently capture high-quality bitewings and Full Mouth Series (FMX) radiographs while adhering strictly to safety guidelines.

Sterilization & Operatory Management: Maintain immaculate sterilization protocols for instruments and equipment; meticulously prepare and break down treatment areas between appointments.

Patient Advocacy & Record Keeping: Accurately update medical histories and records under strict HIPAA compliance, while educating patients on essential oral hygiene and post-treatment recovery steps.

Laboratory Contributions: Take ownership of basic lab duties, including accurately pouring and cleanly trimming dental diagnostic models.

Certifications: * Active X-Ray Certification is strictly required.

CPR Certification is required.

Nitrous Oxide monitoring certification is preferred (Must be certified or willing to complete certification to monitor Nitrous Oxide).

Experience: 1 year of Dental Assisting experience is required. Certified Dental Assistants (CDA) are highly preferred, though comprehensive cross-training will be provided for the right candidate.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern practice management systems (such as Dentrix/Dexis) and strong fluency in dental terminology.

Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal habits, absolute reliability, a strong team-first mentality, and the agility to navigate a fast-paced environment smoothly.
