Job Description	Chairside Excellence: Assisting our doctors during a variety of complex prosthodontic and restorative procedures. Patient Preparation: Welcoming patients to the operatory, preparing them for treatment, and ensuring they feel informed and comfortable. Clinical Setup: Meticulously preparing trays, instruments, and materials for each specific procedure. Imaging & Impressions: Taking high-quality digital X-rays and impressions (or intraoral scans) as directed by the clinician. Sterilization Leadership: Managing the sterilization of instruments and maintaining a pristine, compliant clinical environment. Post-Op Care: Providing patients with clear, compassionate post-operative instructions and ensuring all questions are answered.

Shift & Schedule	Monday – Friday
Requirements	Experience: Proven experience working in a clinical dental setting is a plus. Licensing: Must possess all required state certifications for Dental Assisting (such as X-ray and/or RDA/CDA where applicable). Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with modern dental software and digital diagnostic equipment. Soft Skills: A professional, polished demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with both the clinical team and our patients.
