（Full-time） Dental assistant job at All Kids Dental Group

Clinical Support: Assist the Pediatric Dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, including fillings, extractions, and crown placements.

Patient Comfort: Prep patients for treatments, ensuring children feel safe, comfortable, and informed using age-appropriate terminology.

Diagnostic Prep: Capture high-quality digital dental radiographs (X-rays) and take intraoral impressions for study models.

Sterilization: Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms in strict accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines.

Laboratory Tasks: Pour and trim models, and assist with the fabrication of space maintainers or other pediatric appliances.

Inventory Management: Monitor clinical supplies and ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked for the day’s scheduled procedures.

Education: Provide post-operative instructions to parents and demonstrate proper oral hygiene techniques to patients.

Work Days: Monday through Friday

Shift Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time (FT) or Part-Time (PT) options available

Certification: Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in good standing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital X-rays and dental practice management software.

Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of pediatric dental instruments and four-handed dentistry techniques.
