Job Description	Clinical Assisting: Provide high-quality 4-handed dentistry assistance during general and cosmetic procedures. Patient Care: Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns. Imaging: Capture clear digital X-rays and utilize advanced diagnostic technology. Sterilization: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and CDC guidelines for instrument sterilization and room disinfection. Lab & Maintenance: Pour models, manage clinical supplies, and ensure all dental equipment is properly maintained. Documentation: Accurately update patient records and treatment plans within the dental practice management software.

Shift & Schedule	Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Requirements	X-ray / Radiography Certification Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Cosmetic Dentistry General Dentistry Certification: Current Pennsylvania X-ray certification is required. Experience: Previous experience in a general dentistry setting is preferred; however, a strong work ethic and "team-first" mentality are essential. Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital sensors and dental software. Experience with cosmetic dentistry workflows is a plus. Soft Skills: A warm, professional demeanor and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
