Registered Dental Assistant (Full-Time) job at Smile4Ever Family Dentistry - Cypress

Clinical Assistance: Provide expert chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of general dental procedures.

Diagnostics: Take and process high-quality dental X-rays as requested by the dentist.

Sterilization & Safety: Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are properly sterilized according to safety protocols.

Patient Records: Maintain accurate patient records, digital dental charts, and procedure documentation.

Patient Care: Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment while educating them on proper oral hygiene and post-operative care.

Room Preparation: Manage the setup and breakdown of operatories to ensure efficient patient flow.

Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Sunday: Closed

Certification: Current and valid State Registration as a Dental Assistant (RDA).

Licensing: Active Radiology/X-ray certification.

Clinical Skills: Proficiency in 4-handed dentistry and sterile technique.

Attributes: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent multitasking abilities.

Communication: Ability to interact with patients and team members in a professional and compassionate manner.

Experience: Previous experience in a general dentistry setting is preferred, though we welcome highly motivated individuals eager to grow.

Software: Familiarity with modern dental practice management software and digital charting.
