Greet and welcome patients, making them feel comfortable and at ease
Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, providing exceptional chairside support
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas according to safety protocols
Take and record vital signs, update patient medical histories, and discuss care plans
Schedule appointments, manage phone inquiries, and coordinate patient flow
Perform data entry, maintain accurate patient records, and handle billing/insurance tasks
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and office regulations
Communicate effectively with patients and team members to support seamless operations

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Sunday: By appointment only
Flexible days/hours available

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant and/or in a front office dental role
Associate’s degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) certified program
Strong computer and data entry skills; experience with dental office software preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to provide high-quality patient care and handle patient information with confidentiality
Experience with care plans, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient coordination
Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
