Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team in various procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a kind and caring environment.

Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment for use.
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Educate patients on post-operative care.
Manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure the clinic is well-stocked.
Utilize 3D scanners for imaging as required by specific procedures.

Monday to Friday

Registered Dental Assistant / Certified Dental Assistant
Xray Certification

Previous experience in a dental clinic or similar setting is preferred.
Familiarity with Open Dental software for managing patient records is a plus.
Proficiency in dental imaging techniques and equipment usage is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Certification in Dental Assisting or equivalent training is preferred but not mandatory.
