Description	Job title: RN Resident Care Manager Company intro: My client is one of Washington’s largest non-profit providers of skilled and sub-acute nursing, apartments for assisted living as well as home health services. Job position description: They are looking for a Licensed Nurse - RN for Resident Care Manager at a skilled nursing/ long term care facility that is a partnership with Providence Hospital. The right candidate will have a current state license as an RN, a friendly attitude, and excellent communication skills. Must possess, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university. Must be currently licensed in the State of Washington. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Must be able to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel and support agencies. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long-term care. Must have at least one (1) year experience in supervisory/management role. Must have leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel. Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to incorporate them into existing practices. Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs goals, objectives, policies, and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care. Must be flexible with hours and cover all 3 shifts, if necessary.
