Job Title: Registered Nurse II Location: Lakewood, WA 98498 Shift: All shift available Duration: Long Term Job Description: Develop, lead, document, and direct the clinical care carried out by professional and paraprofessional nursing personnel in compliance with applicable nursing standards of care and practice. Involves assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' medical and psychiatry needs with a focus on providing the highest patient-focused quality care possible. Liaison between the patients and their families to educate them in regard to the treatment plan. Should be a great communicator, developing long-term therapeutic relationships with our patients. Assess patient conditions, analyze data, and make sound decisions regarding appropriate interventions. Effective verbal and written communication to interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team, ensuring clear and accurate exchange of information. Demonstrated ability to provide emotional support and establish a trusting relationship with patients, helping them cope with their healthcare challenges. Accurately document patient information, follow protocols, and identify potential risks or errors. Analyze complex situations, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and effectively coordinate patient care.
