NaphCare is partnering with Everhealth to hire Charge Registered Nurses just like you at the Benton County Jail located in Kennewick, WA. We currently have FullTime shifts are now available! Pay rates vary based on experience and can be discussed upon interview.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for Charge RN:
Coordinate, structure, implement and guide the delivery of the nursing service program within the facility
Conduct daily clinical rounds
Take and document all patient history and vital signs
Assist with daily triage/sick call, minor medical/surgical procedures and patient assessments
Assist with examinations and/or treatments
Assist in evaluating the quality and effectiveness of clinical services
Assist with orientation and training activities of clinical personnel
Observe and review documentation, orders and patient care plans
Assist with disaster plans and emergency preparation
Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies within the facility
Qualifications
Qualifications for Charge RN:
Must hold and maintain a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in WA
A valid CPR card
A minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with correctional healthcare experience preferred
