The SWR Transfer Center Patient Flow Specialist is responsible for assisting the RN Navigators with facilitation and coordination of requests relating to physician consults, telemedicine requests, and patient transfers between facilities in an efficient, timely, and appropriate manner. Respectfully coordinates provider to provider consults to facilitate appropriate specialist referrals toward the goal of excellent and timely patient care.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
Preferred qualifications:
2 years of CNA/Medical Assistant.
2 years of Clerical/Healthcare setting.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
