Title	Career Support
Job Description	We are looking for career support team members to support job seekers and employers to find the best matches through our service and thereby lead the service growth. You will be responsible for communicating with job seekers and their potential employers who have registered with Jobley Health, educating them on use of the service, checking the interview progress and supporting their recruiting process, and issuing invoice(s) once the employers successfully hire the candidates. This is going to be a great opportunity for someone who is ready to work in a start-up environment right after the service launch, or in the expansion phase of the business, and who is willing to challenge the shortage issue of human resources in the medical healthcare field. An active RN license and working experiences are preferred as you will have many opportunities to communicate with healthcare professionals, including hiring managers at hospitals. Major responsibilities ■Support job seekers with job search activities by phone or text messages after registering with Jobley Health,from applying for jobs, coordinating interviews, til successfully joining medical institutions. ■Support employers to arrange interviews with job seekers, updating the status of recruitment process until successful hiring. ■Respond to inquiries from both job seekers and recruiters by phone, email and text. ■Prepare and send invoices to clients. ■Respond to Jobley Bonus application. ■Support Jobley sales team in preparing and reviewing/approving job postings for clients.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $9,500.00 〜 $10,000.00 /month

Shift & Schedule	5x8 Monday to Friday Day shift 60-minute meal or rest break *This is not counted as work hours
Requirements	Registered nurse ■Current licensed registered nurse (RN) ■2+ years of work experience as RN ■Empathy and energy when interacting with job seekers and employers by phone, email and text ■Great “team player” who can work collaboratively and build great relationship with colleagues, customers and job seekers ■You can approach projects with self-starter mindset and have excellent time management skill ■You love to explore and enjoy learning new things ■Willingness and ability to support job seekers and employers ■Ability to enjoy the start-up environment, speed and changes
Preferences	2+ years of experience in customer service
