Free hiring support now available to dental providers caring for underserved communities

Jobley has announced the expansion of its Nonprofit Support Program for 2025. First launched in 2024 to provide pro bono hiring services to free and charitable dental clinics, the 2025 program will extend support to a broader range of nonprofit safety-net providers to meet growing demand. These providers are essential in delivering quality dental care to low-income individuals and underserved communities.

Through the 2025 program, eligible nonprofit dental care providers will have free access to Jobley's standard dental hiring services. Employers can use Jobley to post job listings, connect with qualified candidates, or take advantage of its matching support. Jobley's dedicated professional team sources high-quality candidates and provides hands-on assistance throughout the hiring process, easing administrative burdens for the care providers.

Addressing Access Challenges

Access to oral healthcare remains a critical challenge in the United States, particularly for low-income and uninsured individuals. A 2024 survey by the CareQuest Institute for Oral Health found that about 72 million U.S. adults (27%) lacked dental insurance—nearly three times the percentage of adults without health insurance. Lower-income individuals are disproportionately uninsured, leaving many without access to necessary treatment. This gap not only increases the risk of poor oral health outcomes but also hurts overall health, well-being, and economic opportunity, with ripple effects across society.

That same year, a report from the National Association of Community Health Centers showed that at least 34 million patients—about one in ten Americans—relied on safety-net healthcare providers, including 7 million who received dental care. Nonprofit providers play a vital role in bridging these access gaps, yet they often operate under strict financial limits and funding uncertainty.

Reducing Hiring Burdens

Hiring can place a heavy financial and administrative burden on nonprofit dental care providers, particularly given the recruiting challenges of recent years. By offering free hiring services, Jobley helps these organizations streamline their recruitment processes, hire qualified candidates, and reduce overhead costs. This allows them to redirect valuable resources toward delivering patient care.

By extending its Nonprofit Support Program to more safety-net providers at no cost, Jobley helps them strengthen their teams and dedicate more resources to delivering care to patients who need it most.

Supporting Healthcare Equity

As part of Medley, a health technology group dedicated to addressing challenges in healthcare and society, Jobley carries forward a shared philosophy—tackling social issues through its businesses, while also providing pro bono services in areas where social support is most needed. Alongside its business growth, Jobley will support initiatives aimed at breaking the link between poverty, limited access to dental care, and poor health outcomes. With its core hiring solutions, now made more accessible to safety-net providers by the new Nonprofit Support Program, Jobley aspires to be an indispensable partner to U.S. dental care providers, patients, and society.
