Jobley Connects with the Dental Community at CDS Midwinter Meeting 2026

Last week, Jobley participated in one of the premier scientific dental conferences in the United States: the 161st Chicago Dental Society (CDS) Midwinter Meeting, held from February 19 to 21 at McCormick Place West in Chicago. With over 500 exhibiting companies and more than 250 courses and workshops, the Midwinter Meeting brought together thousands of dentists, specialists, dental team members, students, and exhibitors. For three days, they gathered for continuing education, hands-on workshops, networking, and a world-class exhibition showcasing the latest dental innovations.

Returning for the second year as an exhibitor, Jobley was proud to reconnect with the dental community, exchange insights on the evolving needs of dental hiring and job hunting, and share how our platform helps practices recruit efficiently and hire with confidence—while helping dental professionals find roles where they’ll thrive.

Throughout the three-day show, we met with many practice owners, office managers, hygienists, assistants, and future dental professionals. Many conversations centered on familiar hiring and job search challenges, including limited time for recruiting, rising costs without measurable results, and difficulty identifying qualified candidates in a competitive market. Meanwhile job-seeking professionals shared how cumbersome it can be to navigate multiple platforms and services in their search. We demonstrated how Jobley streamlines the hiring and job-search experience end-to-end, through a combination of smart technology and expert support.

We also highlighted Jobley’s AI-Powered Resume Parsing feature, launched last November, which converts resumes into structured, optimized profiles that improve candidate searchability and matching. As a result, employers can more quickly identify potential matches while reducing administrative burden.
