Description Physical Therapist - Home Health at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla, Walla, Washington Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with weekend rotation to work a Saturday every 4-6 weeks. Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position.
