Description Primary functions are to provide applicable physical therapy or occupational therapy care for patients with various diagnoses. Major duties include: patient evaluation, patient treatment, documentation requirements, maintains expected productivity levels (including special assignments). The primary function is patient care, unless otherwise specified.
