Description The Jamestown Family Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our growing Behavioral Health team.

What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with primary care providers to deliver comprehensive mental healthcare to individuals, couples, and families across all age groups, with a focus on older adults.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy for a variety of mental health conditions.
- Utilize non-pharmacological and complementary approaches to support patient well-being.
- Partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in outreach activities to promote mental health awareness in the community.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in social work and 3+ years of experience.
- Valid Washington state professional license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
- Experience in individual, couples, and family therapy.
- Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to cultural competency and working with diverse populations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Indian culture and communities.
- Experience working in a primary care setting.
