laboratory operations including point of patient reception, specimen
collection, specimen processing, and reporting for all entities owned or

clinical diagnostic laboratory testing performed in house Pay:$18.98 -
$25.69 Per Hour DOE Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Location:1040 Webber Street Essential Job Functions: Administrative
duties: Providing excellent customer service, answering phones, and
monitoring for instrumentation alarms. Technical responsibilities:
Retrieving blood samples and other specimens, preparing them for
laboratory testing, and performing screening procedures. Accurate data
management: Verifying specimen information, performing data entry, and
properly identifying patient information. Specimen handling: Receiving,
processing, and packaging samples for referral labs while maintaining
specimen integrity. Compliance: Following safety protocols, HIPAA
policies, Medicare rules, and participating in quality assurance.
Flexibility: Covering work shifts at different sites as needed to ensure
smooth operations. Minimum Qualifications: High School graduate or
equivalent Professional experience in phlebotomy; 1+ years preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively
with patients and team members Detail-oriented with a commitment to
accuracy in all tasks Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple
