Description Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) $1500 Sign-On Bonus Setting: Skilled nursing Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Schedule: 4 days on/2 days off rotating schedule; Day shift 6am-2pm, Part Time weekend day shift 6am-2pm Location: Avamere Rehab of Cascade Park - 801 SE Park Crest Ave. Vancouver, WA 98683 In the heart of the beautiful Portland, Oregon metropolitan area you will find Avamere Rehabilitation of Cascade Park just across the Columbia River in Vancouver, Washington. Inform the nurse supervisor of any changes in the resident's condition so that appropriate information can be entered on the resident's care plan Assist resident's with daily needs, including preparation for activity and social programs, and transporting residents to/from appointments Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Qualifications: Have a 10th grade education or above Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify Qualifications Education High School or equiv (required) Licenses & Certifications Nursing Asst Certified (preferred) Nursing Asst Registered (preferred) Certified Nursing Asst 1 (required) Certified Nursing Asst 2 (preferred) Avamere Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer |
