Description Assists with the performance of a variety of technical procedures including but not limited to the scrub and monitor roles in percutaneous diagnostic and interventional cardiac/vascular procedures and open surgical procedures under the direct supervision of a physician. Participates in all daily duties necessary to perform high-quality patient care and imaging within the Cardiac Cath Lab. Responsible for obtaining optimal angio images and assisting the physician in an aseptic and sterile environments. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Or Successful completion of a formal Radiologic Technologist program. upon hire: Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification. Or upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist. upon hire: National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International. Or upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association. 6 months Tier 1 technologist to advance to Tier 2. 2 years Continuous cath lab in a busy cath lab performing complex cases. Preferred Qualifications: Interventional Radiology. May consider less experience in an aspiring motivated candidate with RCIS licensure. Why Join Providence?
