Description The Cardiac Vascular Technologist obtains diagnostic quality echocardiograms and all vascular tests as prescribed by the physician. He/she specializes in echo-cardiology and vascular technology (non-invasive tests). Required qualifications: Associate's Degree in Science, specializing in echocardiography Or Applicable training and experience in performance of Echocardiograms and vascular procedures Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or Upon hire: National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Experience in a clinical setting, preferably cardiology.
