We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Hillsboro, Oregon. The role primarily focuses on providing administrative assistance, managing multi-line phone system, and delivering concierge services. Be the face of an organization where you customer service, data entry, and interpersonal skills play a critical role in the day-to-day operations!

Responsibilities:

• Managing front desk operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient customer service.

• Answering and directing calls using a multi-line phone system and providing information to callers as needed.

• Providing administrative assistance including managing files, preparing documents, and data entry tasks.

• Delivering concierge services to clients and visitors, providing information and assistance as needed.

• Utilizing Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for various tasks such as scheduling, communication, and data management.

• Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, equipped with all necessary stationery and material.

• Organizing files digitally and physically for easy access and retrieval.

• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operation of the front office.

• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems to improve efficiency and functionality in the office.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Experience in administrative assistance and organizing files

• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems

• Proven customer service skills

• Familiarity with concierge services

• Strong data entry skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to provide high-level customer service

• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
