What We Offer - $16.81-$20.59/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates What You'll Do: - Handle phone calls, greet patients, manage logs, and provide translation services - Collect patient data and maintain records - Schedule appointments, verify insurance, assist with billing, and respond to patient inquiries - Maintain cash box and complete other assigned tasks Qualifications: - High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) - One year's experience as a receptionist in a clinic is preferred - Bilingual (English/Spanish) required at a level 9 for bilingual differential pay - Ability to prioritize work and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, with frequent interruptions. - Ability to professionally interact with patients, Providers, and staff - Ability to deliver outstanding customer service - Basic knowledge of medical terminology & healthcare billing insurance is desired - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Our mission celebrates diversity.
