Position Overview:

Provides preboarding for internal and external hires, monitoring process and progress to ensure candidates that received an offer of employment are accurately and expeditiously cleared to begin employment on agreed start date. Follows-up with selected candidates to ensure timely completion of all required documents and steps, and other applicable job or clearance requirements are met (e.g., rehire eligibility; license, registration, or certifications; state and federal background compliance checks, medical assessments, and completion of I-9 documentation). Provides final clearance to candidate entity HR. This role is responsible for ensuring an excellent preboarding experience through exceptional customer service including prompt communication and following processes for quality and timeliness. Identifies and participates in process improvement activities.

Job Description :

The candidate selected for this role must live in the Northern California Sutter Health footprint and come on site as needed for work and meetings. This is not a 100% remote position.

EDUCATION:

HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

1 year recent relevant experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Ability to read, comprehend, and apply human resources/recruitment policies and procedures.

Ability to learn and understand new processes or concepts quickly.

Demonstrates analytical skills with the ability to recognize issues or questionable information/data.

Pay Range is $28.01 to $39.22 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
