Clerical Assistant at Swedish Cherry Hill
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
This position provides a wide range routine to moderately complex administrative tasks in support of at least one department of a major organization. Responsibilities include the organization, prioritization and coordination of a moderate to high volume of work including confidential information. Specific duties include exceptional customer service to customers and visitors; typing, editing, and proofreading various department documents; creating and maintaining routine to moderately complex filing systems; scheduling meetings and arranging travel; entering and/or extracting data for reports to be reviewed or distributed; assisting in budget preparation; collecting cash, deposit statements, auditing or reconciling financial statements and invoices; coordinating workload required to complete organization projects. Duties will vary by department.

Required Qualifications:
2 years Responsible secretarial work in the areas of customer service, office management and project management supporting a major department or middle manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate from secretarial program or equivalent work experience.
Health Care experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
