Nurses Etc. The program must have been accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) at the time of completion. - Licensure: Current unrestricted LVN license in any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. - Experience: At least one year of full-time clinical work experience as an LPN/LVN within the last three years.
