What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate psychiatric medication support for foster youth
  • Collaborate with child welfare staff and psychiatrists
  • Track prescribed medications and assist in state reporting
  • Liaise between social workers, therapists, and healthcare providers
  • Ensure smooth transitions of care during placement changes
  • Manage documentation and information flow for prescribing psychiatrists
