Supervisor LPN - Long Term Care at Mount St. Vincent
Schedule: 1.0 FTE (40 Hours a week),Variable shift, Tuesday through Saturday.
Job description:
This is a working supervisory position involving oversight of the assigned nursing unit. Supervises Primary Care Nurses and Nursing Assistants, and covers in the absence or need of Primary Care Nurses. May participate in direct patient care by administering medication, providing primary skin care, assisting in modifying treatment regimen to meet patients' physical and psychosocial needs. Re-adjusts and reorganizes staff based on facility need. Develops, implements, and modifies interventions as necessary.

Required qualifications:
Education sufficient for licensure.
Upon hire: Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications:
1 year of Long-term care or related geriatric experience with prior supervisory and/or teaching experience.
